Kids Cancer Fundraiser

I was part of the crew who went to Countdown to raise money for families who have children battling cancer. The Te Puke public were very generous. I feel very proud of our efforts!

Mama Mia!

Today we had home made pizza for lunch! Everyone bought in $3.50 to put toward the cost of ingredients. We made the dough, left it to rise for half an hour, It grew and we rolled it out. We made four different types- Hawaiian, Plum and avocado, BBQ and chicken, ham and vege. I LOVED it!

Community garden

Out to the garden this morning wow everything is growing so well. We pulled a few weeds and very soon we will be planting some seedlings which we have grown at the studio.

A Day at the Races...

Ok ok... We didn't have the means to get to a horse race, but Sophia has taught us a great horse race game with cards... Commentary and all!!!!

We make bets on the suit of the card, and the horses actually race.... We can show you next time we are in!!!

Beach Day

Today I went for an excursion to Papamoa beach with my pals in tow. A walk along the boardwalk was lovely.

Quiet time

Spending time on the floor making some orders for Ladies Group from the Avon Magazine. Found some gorgeous nail jewels.... I'll take those please Jackie!

Nearly here...

As you can tell I'm very excited. Christmas is nearly here and we've been singing, baking and making decorations. Woohoo.
